These comments are relative to the photo Denise posted of my parents’ home on December 26th.

Mere words are insufficient to express my heartfelt appreciation for Denise’ helpfulness, efficiency and cooperation in selling my parents’ home.

Given my previous attempt to sell their home, I expected another protracted experience with a less than desirable outcome. I was pleasantly surprised for that not to be the case. Denise was very conscientious in all aspects of the sale (preparing the home for sale, advertising, showing the home, conducting several “Open House” events and even helping to maintain the property). Denise sold it in a reasonably short amount of time. She helped secure a sale at a price that was higher than expected. After the contract was written, she helped ensure that all of the procedural elements were being met up through the actual closing. And throughout, Denise constantly kept me informed of all developments.

It was truly a real pleasure to partner with Denise on the sale of my parents’ home. I would be happy to recommend Denise to anyone looking for a realtor to represent his or her interests. I feel confident that her future clients will be as elated as I was with her services.
